Welcome to SPINNEYDUNE! This charming Bahamian cottage sleeps 8 people in total - 6 people in the main house and 2 people in the guest house. It is nestled between a gorgeous, pristine white sand beach and the busy Hope Town harbour.
Spinneydune is a charming, character-filled family beach cottage located in the centre of the Hope Town settlement.
Brand new, automatic back-up generator. The power does go off intermittently for short periods of time in Hope Town so this is a nice feature!
Guests may Spinneydune (main house) and Spinneymini (guest house) for a base fee of $1500 US per night The price listed includes the main house (3 bed/2 bath) and the guest house (1 bed/1 bath), accommodating up to 8 guests.
The main house SPINNEYDUNE has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and accommodates up to six (6) people. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you would need to put on a dinner for family and friends. A courtyard with a dining area offers the option of “al fresco” dinners under the stars. The living room is cozy and comfortable and provides the perfect place to curl up for a movie night after a day in the sun. The front porch looks over the stunning Hope Town Harbour and is the perfect place to sip coffee in the morning or enjoy a cocktail at sunset. If you are feeling friendly, this is where you will meet and greet the passers-by. Whether they are going for a jog or heading to the bar, everyone passes by Spinneydune!
The guest house is called SPINNEYMINI and it is located on the back deck, steps to the beach. It is on the same property as the main house and can accommodate an additional two (2) guests. It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as its own sitting area and coffee bar equipped with a mini fridge, bar sink, french press, kettle and teapot. Spinneymini has unbeatable ocean views, fresh ocean breezes and full access to the back deck with its outdoor shower, gazebo, and hammock. This guest house would be perfect for the inlaws, or for guests who would like a little extra privacy. Sneak up there for an afternoon nap or use it as a private yoga studio during your stay. If you don’t feel like chatting with the passers-by, the back deck is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee and enjoy the gorgeous Bahamas sunrise.
Spinneydune guests have the option of having basic supplies such as ice, grocery and liquor provisioning to be waiting when you arrive. If guests would like a complete concierge service please contact Marsh Harbour Concierge. Our caretaker can help to source catering, hire a private chef, make dinner reservations, and book other services the island has to offer. If guests would prefer to book services on their own, we are happy to provide all information needed to do so.

Guests may also book a housekeeping/cleaning service visit mid way through the stay for a fee of $175. Both of these services can be set up in advance at the time of booking or with our caretaker upon arrival.
Children are welcome - Spinneydune is made for families. However we do not allow pets. The property is strictly no smoking. Sorry, no parties or events. This reservation may be subject to 10% VAT tax.
