Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, LOCATED LESS THAN A MILE FROM THE HANGOUT, Bama Barefoot Beach House is the perfect spot for your next beach vacation. This low-density complex is located across the street from the beach, behind Pier 33 general store, has a pool, and is convenient to all that the area has to offer. This duplex (Unit 4-A) was totally renovated in March 2020 with all new paint, furnishings, & bedding, and has been professionally designed and decorated. You are sure to love the feel of its coastal beach theme décor.
The Space:
Bama Barefoot Beach House is the lower level of a duplex located at Spinnaker Pointe development. There are only 10 total units in the entire community so it is very low-density. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath space features a huge balcony for enjoying morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail with views of Little Lagoon. The living area features comfortable furnishings and a mounted 60-inch smart TV and has balcony access. The dining table seats 6 plus room for 4 more at the breakfast bar. The well-equipped kitchen has everything that you need to prepare meals for your entire party.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, private master bath, and balcony access. Bedroom #2 has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has a trundle bed with a full-sized bed on bottom, twin on top, plus a pull-out single. This great beach condo can comfortably sleep up to eight guests. Other features include tile floors throughout, a washer & dryer, and Wi-Fi. Totally renovated in March 2020 with new paint, built-in shelving, new furnishings & bedding, new cookware, and professionally decorated, you are sure to love our beach retreat.
