THE SPACE
3rd floor unit #306 located steps from the elevator . We provide linens, towels, beach towels, a small assortment of toiletries, as well as a cart to tote goodies to the beach. We provide basic kitchen essentials for the kitchenette.
• Pools: Hours are sunrise to sunset. There are 3 pools on premise. The north pool is heated, the East pool is not, and the circular children’s pool.
• BBQ PITS: There are charcoal BBQ pits located on the patio for your use (Charcoal not included).
• Restaurant: Adam’s Egg is located across the parking lot and has a full breakfast and brunch menu with bottomless mimosas on the weekend... with a full bar you can even have them bring snacks to your room, or even the pool. Kick back and enjoy.
• Laundry: Walk East (towards the ocean) and turn right at the end of the hall. The laundry room will be to your right.
• Gym: The gym is on the first floor near the main lobby. You will need the Key Fob for access.
• Or kick up your feet in the sand and enjoy the sound of the waves crashing its your trip
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
• Walk north on the beach to local favorites like the Ocean Deck (.8 mile), LandShark (.5 mile), or Joe’s Crab shack on the pier (1 mile)
• Mainstreet is just over 1 mile north for bikers
• Seabreeze Blvd is 1.7 miles
• Don’t forget about Beach street just over the Silver Beach bridge
• Bikers don’t forget about Destination Daytona just 12 miles north on mainland
• Want to go snorkeling/scuba diving? Look into Blue Springs located about 45 minutes west
• Race fans check out the Daytona International Speedway 4.5 miles west on International Speedway Blvd
• Miniature Golf: Congo River 1.1 miles south
• Water parks: Sunsplash Park for the kids (.4 miles north), and Daytona Lagoon 1.3 miles
