Summary: Pluses: Clean, can sleep 3 people, excellent private beach within a 5-minute walk, good communication from owner about accessing property and very responsive to questions. If you are looking for an inexpensive place for a short getaway (like we were), then this is perfect. Minuses: The pool is more like a large bath tub and really you cannot use it. It is NOT nice. The owner has a small Nespresso coffee maker, but there is no grocery store on the island that sells the pods, so I'd suggest putting a Keurig or regular coffee pot in the unit. There was one garbage bag (in the can) and one roll of toilet paper, so perhaps these supplies could be increased for guests staying four days like us? The walls are very thin -- we could hear upstairs neighbors at all hours of the day. If you are a light sleeper, bring your earplugs. Suggest the owner add a book with suggested nearby restaurants, clear instructions for where to enter the beach with pictures, etc. We had to contact to ask, and owner was very responsive, but this could be taken care of in advance, like other VRBO and HomeAway properties we've stayed at.
