THE LOCATION
The property is a short walking distance (250 mts) to the iconic Narrawallee beach.
Set on the treed hillside of Narrawallee, this classic 70's elevated house has been recently renovated to bring it up to modern standards. The three bedroom family living upstairs level can cater for 5 people while a ground floor self contained apartment provides a glamorous retreat for a further 2 adults. The house offers views of Narrawallee beach and accesses the refreshing N/E sea breeze.
The house is within walking distance of Rick Stein's Bannisters restaurant, and a short drive to the historic village of Milton with boutique shopping, Cupitt's celebrated winery and restaurant, and other acclaimed restaurants in Mollymook and Milton. The Tallwood shopping strip for coffee, cake, and household supplies is within walking distance.
Visible from the upstairs balcony is the prized Narrawallee beach which boasts one of Australia's best surfing and patrolled swimming beaches during the summer period. Children can play, boat and swim in the safety of the nearby beautiful Narrawallee inlet, whilst there is ample opportunity for many adventures to the nearby mountains, golfing at Mollymook and visiting the pristine National Park and beaches of Jervis Bay.
