House is located only steps away from the boardwalk to the beach and sits directly in front of the development's Central Park which includes a children's play structure, large open grass area, grill, fire pit, sand volleyball court, community outdoor pool (open seasonally) and exercise facility. Direct BEACH access is right next to home and provides easy and convenient access directly to the beautiful sandy beach with vast tidepools! Ocean and beach can be viewed from top of hill right next to our home! Note there are about 100 steps from the top of the stairs to the sandy beach.

Pricing Details:
Rates vary from $300.00 to $450.00 per night, depending on the time of year and how many nights you wish to stay. A one-time $200 cleaning fee and 14.5% taxes/fees on the total apply to all reservations. Higher rates may apply to peak season and holiday's. Minimum 2 night stay during off-peak and 3 night stay during peak and holiday's.
