Positive: Location,4 blocks to beach Quiet at night

Negative: A/C needs to be addressed. Some rooms cold, others were hot. No adjustments on registers. Sunroom and living room extremely hot during day. Quite a few different levels in house due to additions. Soft spots in floor throughout home. Tub/shower grout in need of repair.
