233 Merivale is a large duplex with a total of six bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms duplex. Price on this listing to rent the entire house but units can be rented separately if available (see listing 2407133).
The Merivale beach has lifeguards and a designated surfing zone during July and August. There is a large playground with pickle/basketball courts just one block west.
Get breakfast and/or lunch from Lenny and John's, enjoy ice cream at The Boardwalk, swim, surf or try your luck at pickle-ball without ever leaving the neighborhood.
Merivale Ave is an easy bike ride to wonderful restaurants, bars with live entertainment, Bay Village shopping, Fantasy Island rides and arcade, Thundering Surf Water park, mini golf, grocery and all that Beach Haven Borough has to offer.
Both units have designated parking, outside showers and gas grills. All beds have mattress protection, quilts and pillows. Rental prices listed are for the entire house and price include 6 beach chairs, 6 beach badges, 4 beach bikes and 2 beach umbrellas for each unit.
Both units have 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Unit 2 has a porch and access to spacious roof deck with fire pit. Unit 1 has a covered deck and a second set of stairs that lead directly to the beach as well as a ground level picnic table.
The house is well stocked and extremely clean. Both units have WIFI, Central air, UVC light (**see details below), washer/dryer, gas grill and 2 flat-screen TVs to keep you comfortable during your stay.
Check in time is 3 PM and check out is at 9:30 AM. Pets will be considered for an additional fee of $350/unit (these fees are applied to allergy treatments that keep our homes safe for all). You may request bed linens for an additional $150 per unit.
