Positive: The shower came with a few extra toiletries that were unexpected but handy and the house was for the most part well maintained. There is a working tv with some stuff on it we thought we just used youtube and also theres silverware and some spices and things to cook with including a microwave in the kitchen although of course we just used ubereats that night.
Negative: Parking was kinda odd as there were no designated spaces to park anywhere it seemed and the neighborhood seemed kinda sketch although we had no problems and everyone seemed to keep to themself. The ac worked although it was a bit finicky and there were some rust spots in the tub that were of no significance but still kinda stuck with me. The walls seemed to use that cheap landlord special white paint coating and the beds took up most of the rooms. We did NOT find anything suspicious like hidden cameras or anything like we were anxious about thankfully but overall it was a good enough stay definitely not for almost 310 usd but it was something that im thankful we found in a pinch
