Positive: Very close to the beach, very convenient to come and go from beach all day, interior was clean and comfortable, reasonable size. Cheaper than many places at coast for school holidays
Negative: Older building, overlooks neighboring unit pool (no pool in this one) and feels like everyone from next units can look straight into this one. Couldn't fit larger car in garage
