This completely renovated waterfront home is on the Caloosahatchee River in Cape Coral's prestigious Gold Coast area. It features 4 bedrooms each with smart TVs and has 3 full baths. The new kitchen is a Chef's dream. Sit in the Hotspring spa or go for a swim in the oversized heated pool. For entertainment, this house has it all. The House Interior and exterior: Fully furnished, 3 zone A/C system, heated pool, Hot Springs spa, pool, BBQ grill, billiards room, fitness room, big screen TV, whole-house SONOS music system, (Wi-Fi) wireless High-speed internet, Cable TV in all bedrooms, captains walk. Cruise to Sanibel and Captiva Island, or watch the dolphins and manatees on the Caloosahatchee River. If you’re a golfer, you can play any of our area's more than 50 golf courses. Restaurants and shopping are just minutes away. The beaches are just 25 minutes by car/boat. Amenities: Boating, fishing, golfing, tennis, biking, shopping, swimming, walking the beach, enjoying sunsets, and relaxing. As for fine dining, we have over 1500 restaurants in the area. For the kids, there is Sun Splash water park, a go-kart track, mini-golf, horseback riding on the edge of the Everglades, and much more. Bush Gardens in Tampa is just 2 hours by car, and Disney World Orlando is 3 to 4 hours by car. Additional charge for 5 people and up (please see rates and availability). If you are a bigger party, there is an opportunity to rent 5 vacation houses in a row. A boat lift is currently NOT available.

Summary: I had an excellent experience at Bella Casa International. The property was perfect for our relaxing group getaway. The spacious accommodations, beautiful views, and tranquil atmosphere made for a memorable stay. Fishing right off the seawall was a bonus. The property was well-maintained and was very comfortable, with plenty of seating and space for everyone in our group. The beds were comfortable, and the overall ambiance was cozy and inviting. The enclosed pool and hot tub were a great addition, and we enjoyed spending time there. The Caloosahatchee river views from the property were stunning, the location was close to shopping. The sunken pool room and weight room were a bit challenging to identify that there was a drop (floor level change) into the sunken rooms. Needs to have a high contrast lip, not something that matches the rest of the floor. The pool room has some LED’s around the step, however it's not visible if not on. We had someone fall off the hallway into the weight room when carrying groceries. No serious injuries other than a bloody nose. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Bella Casa International and would highly recommend it to others.
