Originally owned by an eccentric Swiss Art Dealer in the 60s and 70s - a creative space and art remain the Finca's theme today. Set high on a hill 2 minutes a 1 km drive from the Church of San Agustin Village. The Finca has a backdrop of pine forests surrounded with stone wall terraces of olive, almond, pomegranate, and carob trees - a private oasis far from soulless commercialism and the maddening crowds of Summer ...a blissful space to return to at the end of each day!
Private and peaceful yet close to Sant Antoni the Egg Monument the center of San Antoni is 10 minutes away while San Joshep village is 7 minutes away.

The Finca is set on 2 levels and has 3 sun terraces - 1 is always bliss!
The entry has a Winter terrace a suntrap for the cooler months.
Step into the Finca you come into a large grand size Entry / Gallery room with high ceilings, abstract art, and a fireplace. An adjoining large lounge room has extensive seating with 2 leather lounges around a 2nd fireplace with more abstract art.
Provincial style all new kitchen has marble bench tops and modern appliances for cooking and serving for 10 guests. Gaggenau gas cooktop, Gaggenau 4 season oven, dishwasher, and RO filtered drinking water, large ice making refrigerator-freezer, etc. The kitchen has an adjoining eating area inside OR out to a large covered Summer terrace with exterior seating for 14 persons!
The Finca has a total of 7bedrooms - 3 inside the Finca - i at the end of the Pool and Moroccan courtyard and 2 at the rear and Studio in the garden.. All bedrooms have new beds and 100% cotton linen and have airconditioning.
The Finca has 3 sun terraces. One covered Summer terrace off the kitchen with large BBQ and a large wooden table with seating for 12 + guests making this an ideal place for meals during the warm Summer months. A 3rd terrace on the 2nd level has outstanding panoramic views of the sea, San Antoni Bay and the surrounding provincial countryside.

* All new kitchen with high-quality Gaggenau gas cooktop, oven microwave and grill - new large refrigerator with filtered chilled water and ice maker - new dishwasher - marble bench tops!

*Large high-quality Jacuzzi with lights and music - freshly sanitised and water changed on each rental.
*Finca also has a quality sound system, high-speed fiber optic internet cable and 4 fireplaces.
*Functional - practical - creative Ibiza style - friendly customised service for all guests.
* Spring water on tap from San Rafel (the best water on Ibiza) is trucked and used in the Finca - a big plus - rather than than the chemical loaded desalinated water most of the Ibiza has to endure!
*Reverse Osmosis drinking water filter - which means no bottled water to buy!
