6 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Bedding and Laundry
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun on an extended family trip. The space can not be beat! Your group can park in the garage or drive and easily walk to town (1/2 m) or to one of the many surrounding parks.
You will find the home clean and comfortable. There is brand new, high-quality, furniture throughout the house. We provide everything you need to cook and serve large groups. Towels, linens, small appliances and much more brand new!

The main level is over 800 square feet of open concept space. The living room has two comfortable seating areas for guests to relax in. The kitchen is very spacious with a great deal of cabinet space. Dining room table for up to 8 and island seating up to 4. 12 folding chairs included.
There are six bedrooms, three bathrooms and a full laundry.
Bedrooms TWO, THREE and SIX offer queen-sized beds.
Bedroom FOUR has a twin bunkbed.
Bedroom number FIVE has a bunkbed with one twin and a full size bed. Bedroom ONE has a pull-out sofa couch with a full size bed.
There is one sleeping space on the lower level couch in bottom level that offers a 500 square foot seating with a television a couch and two oversized chairs.
There is an outdoor space with a grill, kitchen and small fire pit. The space includes 12 folding chairs and a folding table that can be used in or outdoors.
Guests have access to all of the main and bottom levels. The first four guests come bundled in the pricing, we will open the rooms allotted based on the number of guests. Bookings with 8 guests or more will have full access to all of the bedrooms. There are no shared spaces, you will be the only guests at your booking.
The bedroom doors that are not included in your booking will be locked. The guest will have a say in which bedrooms they prefer to have opened based on the bed sizes.
Please do not sleep on the couches upstairs as they are brand new and we would like to keep them nice for future guests. The bottom level couch is for extra guest sleeping arrangements.
Coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and other spices are included in every booking.
Towels will be for the number of guests in booking plus two additional.
Our home is professionally cleaned by a great local cleaner. If there are any concerns with the cleanliness please contact us right away for quick resolution.
