On the edge of the Calanques massif, this magnificent contemporary villa of 3 levels is quietly located in a lush environment.
It is a haven of peace combining a fully enclosed landscaped garden and roof terrace with magnificent views of Marseille and the hills.
The garden area is made up of a heated swimming pool, lush vegetation, a large paved terrace with dining table and deckchairs, a small wooden terrace under olive trees with deckchair, a BBQ / plancha , a hammock corner, a ping-pong table.
The roof terrace is composed of a "bistro" table, garden chairs from which you can admire Marseille and its hills, and an inflatable spa for 4 people (water renewed after each rental)
