Lovely ranch style house in a quiet neighborhood only 2 miles away from Kinnick Stadium and the University of Iowa’s Children’s Hospital. You will have the entire main floor which is 2400 sq. ft of living. The lower level is a 2 bedroom apartment with a separate entrance. We truly enjoy the beautiful big backyard because it makes us feel like we’re in the country!
