Summary: Large updated house. lots of onsite parking which is rare for this area and it is gated which is a plus. easily walkable to downtown St. Augustine. Property manager was prompt and good to work with. A bit $$$. But perfect for a very large family and with the parking & close to downtown - it was worth it. Highly recommend house.
