The house is decorated in Mediterranean style inspired by sea and extends over 120 m2. On the ground floor there is an elegant living room, connected to a nice dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Below the stairs is an office space that forms part of the living room. It can also serve as an additional space for an extra bed. Upstairs there are two air - conditioned bedrooms, with a terrace and offering a sea view. One bedroom has a 200x200 cm double bed, and a baby cot can be added upon request. The second bedroom has a double bed of 180x200 cm with the possibility of separating the bed and another extra bed in the form of armchair / sofa size, which is 100x200cm large after folding. On the ground floor guests can use bathroom with a shower and upstairs is the other bathroom with a bathtub.
In the garden is a 3x7 meter pool, where you can refresh and relax on the sun loungers or on the garden furniture under the parasol. On the plot of 330 m2 there are two parking spaces.
