The living room is spacious. With its large south-facing windows, it opens onto the garden, swimming pool and a beautiful teak terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and you can sit in the dining room around the large wooden table that seats up to 8 people.

A first bedroom with a superb sea view has a double bed and a dressing room and opens onto a lovely terrace and a balcony. For your comfort, it has a fully equipped bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
A second bedroom with a view over Cannes and its islands has a double bed, a shower and a charming balcony.
A third bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together and a shower.
A separate toilet is also located on the 1st floor.
2nd floor:
A fourth bedroom with a king-size bed and a sea view and a fifth bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together complete the villa's sleeping accommodation.
This floor has a bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
