Positive: Location was great 15 min from the airport and very close to different highways to access Downtown, South Beach, Key Biscayne, Place was in very good conditions, seems really new.
Negative: After making the reservation, they requested a $300 USD deposit to be made through a link they provided. Upon accessing the link, I was asked to upload my passport, personal information, and credit card details. I was really uncomfortable with that. Booking.com’s recommendation is to avoid sharing personal data. I was ultimately forced to provide this information to avoid losing my money, but it defeats the purpose of using Booking.com. Additionally, the page wouldn’t accept one of my credit cards, causing me to waste over an hour just to complete the process and get the check-in info. It was a really bad experience, and I would never rent another property hosted by them again! On top of that, there was an HVAC grid connecting to another apartment, which made it feel like my neighbors were in the room with me. That needs to be fixed!
Summary: Good Place, great location, quite small, really BAD experience.
