This farmhouse was restored with great character and style using quality furnishings and fittings and has only just become available for rent. The house is on two floors, the ground floor is all open space with a large dining area, seating for 8 people, 2 living areas, a well equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a toilet. The first floor has a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a twin room and a family bathroom with bath and shower. All windows and french doors are fitted with mosquito blinds and wooden shutters keeping it nice and cool in the house even during the hottest days.
The pool is 12 m by 6 meters and overlooks magnificent views of the countryside. There are many sun chairs and other lounge furniture around the pool and in the garden.
There is an outside veranda with built in kitchen and pizza oven and a dining table seating 8 people and an outside toilet. The grounds are fully fenced and a private electric gate is at the bottom of the drive to ensure the property is private.
The beautiful medieval town of San Ginesio is only 5 km away where you will find all sorts of services: bakeries, butcher, supermarkets, cafes, bank etc.
The beautiful lago di fiastra in the Sibillini mountains is only 20 minutes away.
