This charming and historic 120-year-old cabin has been lovingly restored, offering a brand-new and unique vacation experience! Nestled on an idyllic two-acre property, highlights include a firepit, wraparound deck, private hot tub, and expansive yard. This home is located near a plethora of outdoor recreation, including biking, swimming, hiking, and skiing. Downtown Asheville is just a short drive away. Visit the Western North Carolina Nature Center, explore the Appalachian Trail, or take a scenic drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway.
The beautifully renovated interior offers modern amenities, including all new appliances and three TVs. Host a movie night in the welcoming living area, furnished with a sleeper sofa, armchair, and a 54" TV. The sparkling kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a custom copper sink.
