The property boasts ultimate comfort, space, privacy, with a large outdoor trellis-covered hot tub, cozy fire pit surrounded by custom made Adirondack chairs, with bocce court and corn hole, and convenient walking access to downtown, the new Market Walk on Spring, and the fairgrounds. Conveniently located in the downtown west side of Paso Robles and only steps from the Historic Paso Robles downtown square which boasts boutique shopping, galleries, tasting rooms, fine-dining restaurants, and the downtown city park. The location also provides multiple access points to over 100 west side wineries. It’s perfect for a couple’s getaway, or a home away from home while working.
Step in onto the restored original hard wood flooring. Unwind on a comfortable couch or chair, with flat screen TV (with Apple TV), among a balanced décor of beautiful modern and antique furnishings.
