Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Location was great, could walk to Esplanade and along beach, close to Jetty Road, Woolworths etc. Good location however trams weren't running at time of our visit which was disappointing (maintenance), just bad luck. House was nicely decorated, an old home refurbished. Central heating/cooling, pleasant furnishings.
Negative: Furnishing in lounge a little lacking - only one game/magazines for downtime. Champagne/Wine glasses in abundance but no stoppers for bottles, no cheese board, wooden stirrer or CAN OPENER - pretty much necessities for holidays. Only one hand towel provided for 10 days for 2 people. Need both small and large plastic bags for bins. No ensuite to master bedroom and bathroom at opposite end of house, with creaky floors as passing other bedroom. Microwave door difficult to shut.
Summary: Although the home was comfortable, needs a little more thought with guests in mind.
