The south facing terrace offers sunshine from sunrise to sunset, including a 28ft. Pool and separate Scandinavian style Spa. The house has about 2,000 sq ft. Living area with 1,100 sq ft. Generous pool area. The garden is landscaped with coconut palm trees overlooking the private boot dock with lift and invites you to rent a boat for a couple of days to enjoy the magnificent Gulf of Mexico. The Villa is located at one of the few oversized channels with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico – no bridges or locks. A great location for the water sport enthusiasts. Within only 3 minutes by boat, you will reach the Caloosahatchee River waterways. Villa Belloccia is located east of Del Prado Blvd. in a central and quiet neighborhood.
Rosen Park:
This neighborhood park and large saltwater boat launch facility offers access to the Gulf of Mexico via the Caloosahatchee River and is approximately 11.2 statute miles from the Sanibel Causeway Bridge. Each of the two boat ramps is 30' wide x 60' long, and there are 57 boat trailer parking spots plus 31 vehicle parking spaces to accommodate numerous boaters.
The park also provides a scenic location along the Chantry Canal where people can enjoy a picnic and/or take a walk on the boardwalk and watch the boats. The park is also perfect for our four-legged friends. Because dogs are allowed in this park and if there is no boat in the ramp, our four-legged friends also extensively enjoy the cool wet.
