Summary: What a little gem of a hotel. Our family of 4 stayed for 5 nights in one of the 2 bed apartments, really comfortable and well maintained. We all really enjoyed it, a perfect mix of chill and local trips. It was useful having our own car due to it being 10 minutes from Tulum. If you go to Tulum, make sure you get down to the peninsula rather than sticking to the Main Street which was a bit limited. The Sargassum (seaweed) on the beach was frustrating and the hotel did what they could to deal with it but worth considering the impact if you’re looking for a beach holiday as the seaweed invasion in July makes the beach/sea hard to use.
