Summary: P-Town is a magical place and this is an ideal property with every necessary amenity to have an easy and unforgettable trip. We were here for an event with about 1000 folks attending, most days we sat on the porch and had people stopping, one after another, or in groups, to talk. In the evenings we sat on the porch and waived goodnight to everyone we knew or met that day. It was understood by us immediately that this was the dream house for our social group. I had never rented a house to share so this process was all new to me, the owners were helpful and quickly responded with answers to any questions which made the stay effortless for a person like me to organize, enjoy, and execute.
