Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The view and the garden were lovely. It also was nice to have the ability to wash clothes when travelling a lot.

Negative: The washing machine was not in working order on arrival and though fixed during our stay, as one of the reasons that we had booked it was for the washing, if we had not stayed as long as we did it would have been useless. We arrived on a Sunday and no way to contact anyone. Lucky the key situation was easy but if you lost a key etc, responses are slow. They are fine once you get to someone but it took over 24 hours to get our reply. The cottage is lovely and obviously rely on that aspect but it needs a serious spring clean and some attention to worn carpet etc. Be aware - no towels so if you are booking from overseas and not travelling with your own towels, you will need to consider this.

Summary: It was in a lovely location and loved having the garden.
