Enjoy your lunch on the patio dinning table with seating for eight. Stay cool under the covered backyard pergola with built in misters. After the sun goes down, enjoy a beverage around the fire-pit with seating for four.
Indoors you'll be greeted with a fun neon sign and wine bar, featuring a beverage fridge and extra counter space for a designated bar area. The living room has plenty of space to lounge comfortably in front of the 75-inch Samsung Smart television. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to prepare home made meals which can be enjoyed around the dinning table with seating for six.

Primary Suite 1 is located next to the living room and features a King-sized Bed and Twin-sized rollaway bed, 65-inch Westinghouse with Roku television with access to the back patio. The private bathroom features a tile shower, double vanity sinks and walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 features a Queen-sized Bed, 42-inch TCL with Roku Smart television.
Bedroom 3 features a Queen-sized Bed, 42-inch TCL with Roku Smart television.
Bedroom 4 is located next to the front door and features a Queen-sized Bed, 42-inch TCL with Roku Smart television.
The guest bathroom is located across from Bedroom 2 and features a soaking tub, tile shower and a vanity sink.

PARKING: Space is available for up to 5 cars, including 4 on the driveway and 1 on the street, no garage access
Age Requirements: The reservation holder must be 25 years of age at time of check-in and is required to be at the property for the duration of the reservation.
SECURITY CAMERAS: Video surveillance is actively recording on the property, cameras are located above the driveway, outside the entryway and a doorbell camera on the front door.
PETS: Small pets (dogs only) are welcome with prior host approval and a $150 per pet cleaning fee. A maximum of 2 pets only.
POOL AND SPA HEAT: Pool and spa heat is not included in the total booking amount. Please reach out to host for details.
AC Usage: In order to ensure no damage is caused to the AC unit, we ask that the AC temperature is not lowered any less than 74 degrees. To help keep the home cool, we suggest closing any blinds or shutters and ensuring the doors remain closed to avoid heat entering the house during the hot days. House thermostat is monitored remotely.
NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC: We care about maintaining a good relationship with our neighbors, so we ask that when guest are utilizing the pool area the music is kept to an acceptable volume. Playing loud-amplified music and any fines associated with excessive noise complaints are the responsibility of the guest.
At the time of booking, the reservation holder agrees to the terms above.
