One bedroom located on the main level with two additional bedrooms located upstairs.
2 Full Bathrooms - One on the main level and the second on the 2nd floor. Pictures coming soon.... Bathroom addition will be completed on March 1st, 2024.
The game room is located in the Lower Level.
Kitchen is stocked with all of the items needed to cook up whatever your heart desires.

The Neighborhood:
Founded in 1769 as Les Petites Cotes ("The Little Hills") by French Canadian fur trader Louis Blanchette. The Spanish government controlled the Mississippi Valley between 1762-1800, and for a dozen years "The Little Hills" became "San Carlos Borromeo." In 1804, on the banks of the mighty Missouri River, Lewis and Clark met here to begin their westward expedition. Shortly thereafter, the city became known as "Saint Charles."
Other Things to Note:
Due to the age of construction of this home, a few things to note for those with ambulatory issues; parking is on the street, there are some stairs that lead up from the street to the house, and the set of stairs leading up to the bedrooms is steeper than modern day built homes.
