This well-located modern townhouse boasts two bedrooms and is situated between the lake and fantastic surfing beaches. It offers the convenience of being close to shopping centres, cinemas, scenic walking trails, and the vibrant café culture of Warner's Bay.
This modern townhouse offers two spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 also has a queen-size bed. The third bed is a double bed, and it is a sofa bed located in the lounge area downstairs.
The open kitchen and dining area seamlessly connect to the living room, where you'll find a flat-screen TV. If needed, a luxurious sofa bed easily transforms into a comfortable double bed. Upstairs, there is a bonus family room with an extra leather sofa and a laptop desk.
Please note that there is only one car space available for this property, which is located under a carport on the side of the house. We aim to be eco-friendly. Basic toiletries may be provided, but it is recommended to bring your own. Hand wash and basic kitchen essentials will be supplied. Linen is provided, but please bring your own towels for pools, lakes, or beaches.
Insurance: We recommend obtaining Domestic Travel Insurance to cover emergencies, event cancellations, and situations not eligible for refunds as per our Terms & Conditions.

We will, of course, endeavour to rectify any issue should one arise however we cannot be held liable for such events. We must be given an opportunity to resolve any issues or move you to another of our properties before requesting any refunds.
• NOTE - All of our homes are treated regularly for pest control by qualified technicians but unfortunately living on the Australian coast some of these are expected in the area.
• The hot water is not continuous and excess use may result in this running out if the amount of hotwater in the tank is exceeded and may result in a period of time without hot water.
