3 Bedroom House with Fireplace, Bar and Pool

About this space
Soak up in the hot-tub , sit by the firepit, and finally enjoy a nice night of slumber. Stay in Colorado at the lower level of our newly renovated blue house. It has 3 BR and 2 BA(1 king and 2 queens). You can see some mountains from the hot tub when the leaves have fallen. We have fast internet, a kitchenette, washer and dryer. We are only 1/2 an hour away from the Lookout mountains and the Red Rocks. There's plenty of street parking available near our house. We stay in the upper half.
We are a kid friendly and adult friendly house and have ton of games/ entertainment in our yard.
Our house is divided into 2 halves and we live in the upper half and you'll be staying at the bottom half (ground level and a basement). You can privately enter the lower half and the ground level is where 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchenette and a washer dryer are located. The other 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are in our basement.
Guest access
You'll have full access to the lower half and can also use the outside patio space, lawn games, backyard and Hot tub.

Summary: This is a really nice place. The extra details made it like home away from home. Coffee pods, tea bags, and even a first-aid kit, just to mention a few. Owner was very easy to communicate with. You will not go wrong renting from this owner.
