In this one bedroom studio bungalow, (with pullout twin sofa sleeper) you will find luxury linens, electric fireplace, large flat screen TV, cable, WiFi, kitchen (which includes a Continental type breakfast - with cereals, milk, juice, English muffins, etc.) washer and dryer, and multiple sitting areas-both inside and outside. Kerrville is a great base for motorcyclists, bicyclists and old car enthusiast - Texas Highway 39 hugs the Upper Guadalupe River, we are not actually on TX 39 BUT can serve as a great staging point for the rest of the Hill Country, no matter which direction you choose to go! We are close to Bandera, Leaky, Lost Maples State Park, Medina, Comfort, Ingram, Hunt, Fredericksburg, Luckenbach, Sisterdale, Boerne, the 'Three Twisted Sisters', etc.. You could even go on a day tour of the nearby wineries, breweries and distilleries - if you like, a limo will pick you up And drop you off right at our door!
Come back and relax on the covered front porch, while watching the deer go by or even on the patio.
