It’s hard not to fall in love with Happy Place! This lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom WaterColor Beach District condo sleeps 6 and is south of 30A—steps from the Beach Club and the Gulf! This 2-story condo has 2 balconies, Gulf views, and is above restaurants and shopping. Guests might never even cross 30A.
Guests enter an open kitchen, dining, and living space with lots of natural light from French doors and windows overlooking a balcony. In the kitchen, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops provide ample room for those moments when dinner at your Happy Place sounds better than venturing out. A dining table for 5 divides the kitchen from the living area. Guests may relax on a slipcovered wrap-around sofa or chairs while enjoying a movie on a 41” flat-screen TV or step through French doors to a balcony overlooking WaterColor’s Beach District.
