The unit has just been redecorated with brand new furnitures, and appliances such as dryer and washer. The property is just a few minutes walk to the convention center, Rosemary Square (ex-city place), the Kravis center and just 10 minutes drive to the Palm Beaches. The house is truly located in the heart of City-Place!

Including brand-new and comfortable outside furnitures such as sofas, chairs, tables and also a Grill for friends and family dinners.
