Newly renovated, beautiful home located 6 houses from the ocean on a quiet block. Lifeguard stand is located on the adjacent block, making it perfect for families. There is a huge outdoor space in the back of the house with a brand new deck, equipped with a BBQ. Bikes and beach chairs also come with the rental. There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, there is one bunk bed and a twin bed in another room, and the third bedroom has another queen bed. There are also two bathrooms and a laundry room. Dining room and living room are suitable for groups. Updated outdoor space includes an 8 foot fence, which makes the back deck very private. Available for a 6 night/7 day stay. Flexible check-in time. The summer rate is $6,000 per week (Monday-Sunday), plus $150 cleaning fee, and $500 refundable security deposit.
