Penthouse has 2 bedroom and 2 bath located on 35 floor of a recently renovated building. Brand new washer and dryer, kitchen stocked with essentials and full size appliances. Hardwood floors throughout. Parking is available through valet service and is free for one vehicle. Building amenities include onsite restaurant, cafe/minimart, full gym, indoor Racquetball, Pool and Tennis.
Brickell is a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops all within walking distance. At the center of it all we are located 1 mile from Downtown Miami, 7 miles from South Beach, 6 miles from Coral Gables and 5 miles from Key Biscayne beaches.
