Summary: We really enjoyed our time at Joe & Ann's place. Everything inside is freshly renovated and they supply almost everything you might think you need.......it is a few houses from the Bay to see afternoon sunsets and about 1.5 blocks to the beach. We look forward to a return trip and really appreciate Joe's prompt communications. Thx again for everything Bryan
