Perfectly situated on Grand Elk golf course, between Winter Park and Grand Lake, and across from Granby Ranch ski area, our beautiful townhome is ready to welcome you.
This spacious, two-story, 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom townhome is comfortable and inviting. It features a well-stocked kitchen, open floor plan on the first floor with a large dining table for games and family dinners, a sleeper couch and a gas fireplace to keep things cozy.
Upstairs you’ll find a spacious main bedroom with a king bed, TV and bathroom. Enjoy your morning coffee right off of the bedroom from our top deck surrounded by blue skies and the beautiful Grand Valley. The second bedroom includes comfy double over double bunk beds and the third a queen bed and TV.
City Market and the Winter Park bus stop are in walking distance. Winter Park, Fraser, Grand Lake and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park are within a 20-minute drive. The renowned Devil’s Thumb Spa is just a few short miles away. You’ll find world-class skiing at Winter Park, and Granby Ranch offers an affordable, family-friendly skiing experience. In the summer both resorts offer concerts and festivals.
After finding our perfect mountain get away, we spent months lovingly remodeling and furnishing it, and are ready to welcome guests. We’ve worked hard to make this a comfortable, well-equipped space for families. We’ve left a backpack, a selection of water bottles and a small cooler for your adventuring.
