Positive: Andrea is a kind and amazing host who wants to help and give you a homely feeling. The kitchen is very pampering: dishwasher, whiskey, olive oil, spices, champagne, dinnerware for everyday and holidays and a pampering and wide dining table. The smoking balcony is nice and the clothesline is efficient. Proximity to the beaches is a 2-5 minute walk and the train is a 5 minute walk. Today 3 fans and Andrea bought us another fan because it was very hot.

Negative: It is very hot in the summer months and if you are not a local and are not used to staying in the heat, you cannot stay in the apartment after 10, because the fans are no longer enough. Italy's train passes over the apartment all day and at night less frequently, but those who are light sleepers will wake up all the time. The church bell wakes you up at 7 every half hour until 10 and then every round hour. On Sunday he also plays the bells. The shower flow is weak and the water is freezing or burning - there is no middle ground. Although Andrea surprised her with bathrobes, they were unpleasant to the touch on the skin and the towels were small, the size of a child, and they were also really unpleasant for the skin, as if they had been stepped on. In addition, we expected there to be additional towels for the beach. The apartment is very old and not suitable in my opinion for a family's summer stay.
