Summary: The location of this place is terrific; just a short walk from the Mestre train station, where we took a 10-15 minute ride into Venice. The room is near excellent Chinese restaurants and is in a fascinating neighborhood, with a wide variety of immigrants. The room was clean and very comfortable, with plenty of space. We enjoyed the room's balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only difficulty for Seniors like us is that the rooms are up two steep staircases, but after we'd hauled our luggage up there, the problem became much less stressful.
