Summary: Plenty of sleeping space but small living space if filling up the beds. Nice yard area for kids to play and enjoy a fire. The kids loved the hot tub after hiking all day. Nice location near the Hocking sites: 15 minutes to Ash Cave, 20 minutes to Cedar Falls, and 25 minutes to Old Man's Cave. There could be some maintenance improvements to the house...the downstairs slider doesn't lock, the front door knob needs replaced (it falls off from the inside), and one of the hardware pieces in the kitchen was pulling off. Overall, a nice place to retreat to.
