Summary: Check-in was very challenging. We arrived late and there was no one at the desk for 25 minutes. When we did get checked in, we were given keys for a room already occupied. The front desk clerk came running down the hall yelling that we were in the wrong place. We were then escorted to the opposite wing of the building which ended up being on the opposite side from where we were parked. The breakfast however was nice. The place is showing its age.
