Summary: Nice clan rooms and helpful staff. Breakfast spread was gorgeous and the restaurant had great lunch. Alas the air conditioning wasn’t working when we there in March and the room was boiling. Staff was briefly able to turn it on for us but it then turned off suddenly which led to us waking up in the middle of the night due to our room collecting all the heat from the floors below. The pool was nice but we had to walk on the streets briefly to access as the whole hotel is not directly connected. It’s close but not connected. Otherwise happy with the room and ammenities. Staff were generally helpful apart from a guy at reception who didn’t know that technicians could change the settings of the AC from hot to cold in the winter season. Shoutout to the woman at reception who did that for us. This stay would have been 5/5 if they didn’t keep on fiddling with the temperature in the room. We couldn’t sleep on the first night or last night due to the heat.
