The golf course is a unique desert design, designed by the famous Jack Nicklaus . It is one of a group of 6 all offering different challenges so you will never be bored and many more in the surrounding area.
There is a fully stocked grocery store just a 5 minute stroll through beautiful well stocked gardens , a golf pro shop and club house , a fabulous bar and restaurant all a 5 minute stroll from the apartment.
The apartment is on the ground floor with a double sized patio and well stocked pretty private garden with a choice of full sun or shade throughout the day whichever you prefer.
The advantages of a ground floor apartment is that it is easier when sitting out in the sun (no carrying sun loungers in and out every day from apt to pool / sunbathing area) and you have your own private garden.
Perfect location to the pool being just a few steps away, handy for popping back and forth.
Superb views when having dinner on the patio. The pool is one of many throughout the complex and the beach which has the warm shallow waters of the Mar manor is a short 15 minute drive .

It features 2 single beds with option for king size with king size memory foam mattress topper and a bespoke full size double wall bed that is easily pulled down and put up in seconds.
Both rooms have lovely views of the gardens and having their own patio doors straight out onto your patio for morning coffee .
Both rooms have English TV (for the occasional visitor there is also a sofa bed ) you won’t find any wardrobes / cupboards closed off due to housing the owners belongings it is all your free space for you to enjoy.
You will find – quality bed linen ,towels, hair dryer, sun loungers , beach towels , bath , shower, heated towel rail, air con / heat , English TV, docking speaker, large fridge freezer , dishwasher , oven and hob, microwave, fully stocked kitchen, washing machine, iron and board, patio seating and coffee table and dining area.
You are situated between two local villages both 5 mins away. Here you will find many shops, restaurants, bars , post office and a train station taking you to Murcia and Cartagena both only 20 mins away and many more places of interest .
There are lots of activities all within 15/30 mins all water sports including diving , cycling/ mountain biking , go karting, quad biking , horse riding, water parks, national parks, many lovely beaches and ports . Local markets, large outdoor shopping centre (La Zenia) traditional street fiestas and so much more . This area has been a well kept secret but not for much longer !
