Positive: The property has amazing views and all the rooms were clean.
Negative: When booking this property, I was initially surprised by how good it appeared for the price—and unfortunately, it turned out to be too good to be true. The property no longer reflects the photos shown in the listing. The garden area, once green and inviting, is now mostly bare soil with weeds, which meant we were unable to go ahead with our planned BBQ as the outdoor space has clearly not been maintained. The car gate was also unreliable and failed to operate most of the time, so I would advise against parking your vehicle inside, as there is a risk it could become stuck. We reported that the air conditioning in the master bedroom was not functioning. While the team acknowledged our message, the issue was never resolved during our stay, and we received no further updates. In addition, several appliances were either broken or not functioning properly, including the bathtub, lights, washing machine, and toilets. With some care and proper maintenance, this property has the potential to be truly exceptional—especially given its capacity to accommodate a large group. In its current condition, however, it falls short of expectations.
