Positive: Despite the downsides, there were some positive aspects of this apartment that should be acknowledged. Firstly, the size of the apartment was perfect for our group of 3 aduits and 2 kids. With ample space, we were able to move around freely and enjoy our time together without feeling cramped. Moreover, we were pleased to find the apartment exceptionally clean upon our arrival. The well-maintained and hygienic environment instantly put us at ease and made our stay more enjoyable. Additionally, the thoughtful provision of mineral water in the fridge was a nice touch, especially after a long journey. It spared us the need to immediately purchase water and allowed us to quench our thirst right away. The delightful surprise of Raffaello chocolates further demonstrated the host's attention to detalil and concern for their guest's comfort. In conclusion, while the downsides of the check-in process and the air conditioning system posed challenges during our stay, the apartment's size, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities provided some positives. Addressing the mentioned issues could enhance the overall experience for future guests.
Negative: During our recent stay in this apartment, we encountered a few downsides that impacted our overall experience. Firstly, the check-in process was far from smooth. Due to unclear instructions and a language barrier, we faced difficulties locating the keys and accessing the apartment promptly. Moreover, the lack of WI-FI password instructions forced us to rely on costly roaming data for communication for the first day of our stay. The most significant issue we encountered was the ineffective air conditioning system. Despite having two units in the apartment, they faliled to adequately cool the entire space, leaving us uncomfortable in the heat. Even at the maximum cooling setting, the AC in the bedroom struggled to lower the temperature below 26C, making it quite unpleasant. The second unit in the kitchen only managed to cool that specific area, leaving the rest of the apartment warm and stuffy.
