Positive: Casa Flavia is a great choice: it's very conveniently located, close to both the center of Nebida and to the wonderful circular walking trail (Passeggiata del Belvedere) that has stunning sea views. There's also a supermarket literally steps away. It's very close to the main road, yet still far enough so that traffic noise is not an issue at all. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the outdoor terrace is really spacious and we got a very friendly welcome.

Negative: The garbage collection could be made a bit less stressful: you're given a multi-page instruction manual on how to collect garbage into the 5 or so differently colored bags and containers, then you also need to watch the days of the week, so you know when to leave the right bag outside in the evening for collection the next day. It all comes with the threat of a 50€ fine if you mess up: don't get me wrong, it's important to protect the environment and we do selective collection at home too, but I felt we had to spend a bit too much energy worrying about whether we put everything in the right place at the right time.
