This fully furnished home located between the quite fishing villages of Chelem and Chuburna is just 200 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in the Yucatan, offers a fully walled and gated yard with a private pool, rooftop deck and off-street parking.
Main bedroom has an en suite bath and king bed. The 2 guest bedrooms each have queen beds. Each bedroom has an AC unit. There is no AC unit in the great room.
The incredible newly renovated backyard has a private pool, bath, covered patio, and a rooftop deck to relax and enjoy the stunning sunrises and sunsets that the Yucatan offers.
The Neighborhood:
It would be easy to spend your stay enjoying the beach just outside your door. But if you want to explore a little more, make the 20 min drive to the newly renovated Puerto Progreso Malecon, a 30 min drive to the beautiful Merida. Chichen Itza, Uxmal, Izamal (The City of Gold), Santa Barbara cenotes and many, many more historical Mayan sites are within a 2-hour drive. No car? That’s ok, Tuk tuks, taxis, Uber, and private drivers are all available for hire.

Because we are a small fishing village on the Gulf of Mexico the area can have power and internet outages. If this should happen the hosts will do everything in their power to get these services restored however there will be no refunds or discounts due to loss of utility services.
