Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The owner is welcoming and helpful. He met us and oriented us to the property. Later he ordered pizza for us from the one restaurant in the village (the restaurant was delivery only and didn’t use WhatsApp so we couldn’t order ourselves). The shared kitchen is huge and well stocked. We didn’t prepare food in the kitchen but could have if we wished. The outdoor seating area looked cozy, but we didn’t use it because it was quite cool when we were there.

Negative: There was no heat in either the room or the shared kitchen. It was cool (trending to cold) when we were there so it was impossible to get warm without sitting in bed with the blankets pulled up to our chins.

Summary: A welcoming space for anyone visiting the salt baths or walking the Via Transilvanica.
