Summary: The house was advertised as a 3 bedroom and it is not. They have a sofa bed in the living room which is not separated. The house was pretty dirty when we moved in. I had to clean all the drawers and shelves. The floors were sticky and the fence had several large holes big enough to fit a truck through. However, the owner was very responsive and within a month had a new fence installed.
